Former Gov. David Walters will speak at the Canadian County Democrats Bean Supper at 6 p.m. July 28 at Redlands Community College, 1300 S. Country Club in El Reno. Golfers playing in the 2007 Lloyd Moody Junior Golf Classic were greeted by soggy conditions Friday at Crimson Creek Golf Club, which was slammed by close to an inch of rain less than 15 hours before the first tee time.
