Lewis hopes historic all-state bid catches the eye of new Oklahoma coach

With the annual Oklahoma Coaches Association All-State Games drawing a large number of college scouts each year, a player without a scholarship can use the event to showcase his or her talent.

And that’s exactly what El Reno High School graduate Maureen Lewis plans to do – even if she has only one coach in mind.

Haley proud to be first female EHS golfer to make all-state

As Madison Haley tees off Monday morning in the 2008 Oklahoma Coaches Association All-State Golf Matches, you can expect her to keep one thought in mind – “If it’s not broken, don’t try and fix it.”

With her golf game looking stronger than ever, Haley is taking that carefree approach with her mental game in her final high school outing.
