The Community Action Agency is enrolling for its Small Business Training Course, a five-week course held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays, July 24 through Aug. 23, at Metro Technology Center.

Cost of the course is $25.

Professionals will teach the course, covering such topics as legal issues, financials, tax issues, marketing, advertising, e-commerce, business plan development and pursuing funding.

It targets businesses working through the start-up or expansion process.

Additional training and one-on-one counseling are available to those seeking funding through the Community Action Agency’s economic development loan programs.

Metro Technology Center is located at 1700 Springlake Drive in Oklahoma City.
