Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Office staff member Kelli Gastonill talk about “Working with the National Register of Historic Places” at 7 p.m. March 31.

Gaston, interim National Register coordinator, will discuss the process of placing a property on the National Register of Historic Places. Being listed indicates that a property is historically significant and makes it eligible for federal tax benefits and historic preservation funds.

Cougar Crossing, the student housing complex at Redlands Community College, is accepting donations for an upcoming rummage sale.

The sale is set for 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 5, and all proceeds will help fund activities for RCC students.

All donations need to be made by 5 p.m. April 3. For more information, call Margie Moore, RCC coordinator of residence life, at 422-1454.
