Phi Theta chapter of Redlands Community College will present the third of a series of four satellite seminars on global dynamics at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The seminar, “Money Talks: Lobbyists and the Power of Money in Washington,” will be held in MM-125. Jeffrey Birnbaum, an award-winning author and television commentator, will discuss aspects of money and politics. There is no charge for the seminar and the public is encouraged to attend.

One additional satellite seminar is scheduled Nov. 14.
