El Reno gloves All-Region, Suburban softball laurels

Lynetta Keller made a name for herself just in her second season as El Reno High School softball coach. Keller was named as the Oklahoma High School Fast-pitch Coaches Association Region I Coach of the Year last Monday in Woodward. She guided the Indians to an 18-18 overall record and 7-7 mark in the Suburban Conference, good for a fourth-place finish in the standings. Seniors Bre Carpenter and Andrea Dyer were named to the All-Region I team. Carpenter was one of three pitchers used by Keller.
