Four hearings are scheduled during the City Council meeting concerning:

1. A proposal to create a tax increment finance district in downtown El Reno so that sidewalks can be improved.

2. Rezoning property for Sacred Heart Campus

3. A lot split on state Highway 66

4. A structure at 1005 W. Hayes, which is to be declared a public nuisance.
