State Sen. Ron Justice, D-Chickasha, will be guest speaker when El Reno Chamber of Commerce holds its first of several legislative coffees at 8 a.m. Friday. The coffees will be held in the Gold Room, second floor of the Canadian County Health Department, 100 S. Rock Island in downtown El Reno. The public is welcome. Justice, in his third year as a lawmaker, represents Senate District 23. He took the seat vacated by former state Sen. Bruce Price, who was term limited. District 23 takes in southern Canadian County including the far southern edge of El Reno.
