Rep. Phil Richardson, R-Minco, will be guest speaker at Friday’s Chamber of Commerce coffee. Richardson represents the south section of El Reno in the House. The coffees are held at 8 a.m. in the Gold Room of the Canadian County Health Department, 100 N. Rock Island. The public is encouraged to attend.
