This is the third in a series of free community forums. Janice Wilson, CPS, a Canadian County substance abuse expert, will speak about the risks and prevention of teen pregnancy, substance abuse, delinquency, violence and dropping out of school. The last 15 minutes of the program will be devoted to discussing school uniforms. The forum will be held at the El Reno High School auditorium.
