Former Gov. David Walters will speak at the Canadian County Democrats Bean Supper at 6 p.m. July 28 at Redlands Community College, 1300 S. Country Club in El Reno. Proceeds will be used in part to launch a Young Democrats scholarship program in Canadian County. Tickets are $25 per person, or for a table seating six, $125. Sponsorships are $100, $200 or $300.
