Cheyenne and Arapaho elders, chiefs, military society members and concerned tribal members gather Wednesday morning in front of the Executive Complex at Concho to ask Darrell Flyingman to step down as the tribes’ governor. Flyingman had been recalled for a second time in a Sept. 1 special election.
