This estate-planning seminar will focus on methods for distributing non-titled property by teaching participants to recognize sensitive issues and to understand how to set goals and decide what is “fair” within a family.

Participants will also learn how belongings can have different meanings to different individuals and how to consider distribution options and consequences.
