Information will be provided on fire safety, organ donation, heart disease prevention, nutrition and diabetes, skin integrity, oral care, fitness, cancer awareness and more. An optional blood chemistry screening also will be provided for $15 per person. The blood screening, which normally costs bout $200, will test individuals for electrolyte levels, cholesterol, glucose, liver enzymes and red and white blood cell counts. Those interested in participating in the blood chemistry screening should fast for at least 12 hours beforehand.

The fair is sponsored by Parkview Hospital, Aging Services of Canadian County, the Canadian Valley Red Cross, RCC and its senior nursing class.
