The Council discuss authorizing the El Reno Recreational Authority to solicit bids for refinancing the golf course’s revenue bonds. It will hold a public hearing on a request for a conditional use permit from Highland Baptist Church to operate a church recreation center and parsonage for visiting pastors in an R-2, or combined residential, zoning.

It will also look at changing the meeting time of the City Council from 7:30 p.m. to 6:05 p.m. and return to only having one meeting a month, as well as decide whether to accept or reject bids for bridge replacement and channel im-provements at London Street and Reno Avenue. The Council will decide whether to pay the cost of the bridge work out of the city’s emergency disaster fund.
