Parents or guardians must bring verification of income such as W-2 form, 1040, a current TANF card, three current consecutive paycheck stubs, employer’s statement or verification of food stamps. The child’s Social Security number and birth certificate will also be required. The program is for 3- and 4-year-old children whose families meet the federal income guidelines and for children with disabilities. A screening committee will review all applications.

Children selected for enrollment must have documentation that their immunizations are up to date or are in the process of getting them.

Parents enrolling their children in El Reno Schools 4-year-old program may also submit an application for enrollment in Head Start.
