The luncheon is $7 for chamber members and $8 for non-members.

Lucas has represented Oklahoma in Congress since 1994. The 3rd Congressional District spans western and northern Oklahoma, about half the state, sweeping from Sapulpa to the Panhandle and Kansas to the Red River.

The district, which was the old 6th District until 2000, covers 32 counties or about 600,000 constituents and in-cludes most of Canadian County except for Mustang which is served by the 4th Congressional District.

Lucas is a farmer-rancher in Roger Mills County.
