A full day of activities and entertainment is planned in conjunction with a newscast highlighting El Reno. Entertainment includes Chester the Clown, Sour Milk Babies, Gene Stroman and Christina Bender. Activities include historical re-enactments, a free moon bounce, bean bag toss, a burger-eating contest, sidewalk drawing and a dunk tank. An air show that includes a stunt plane will take place at 4:45 p.m. Parkview Hospital will be available for blood pressure and car seat checks. Organizers plan to release 8,000 balloons at various locations throughout town at 6:30 p.m.
