"Building Leaders for Tomorrow" in conjunction with the "Helping Youth Help Others" grant sponsored by Canadian County 4-H and Oklahoma Home and Community Education will be hosting a Race Around Canadian County. The event involves receiving clues and trying to be the first family to complete the race and return to the finish line. The family that is the first to return with all of the clues completed will receive a large family gift basket containing movie passes, hotel stays/discounts, and various other family items. All that is required is pre-registration from the families, a tank full of gas to drive to El Reno, Mustang and Yukon in search of clues, and on the night of the event each family must donate one or two new or excellent condition board games as your entry fee. These games will be donated to Youth and Family Services, Ronald McDonald House and a senior center.
