Presenting will be Donna Stangl-Jung, Family and Consumer Science extension educator from Canadian County OSU Extension Service, and LaDonna Dunlop, FCS extension educator from Oklahoma County OSU Extension Service. Will include cooking demonstrations that allow participants to sample the healthy, low-fat dishes. The class will also offer delicious recipes that can help make holiday meals and parties special, while still being part of a healthy, well-balanced diet.

Cost of the two-day class is $15 (for ingredients and supplies).
