Festivities will begin at 6 p.m. with the annual parade, followed by the Christmas tree-lighting and entertainment at Petree Plaza and open house in downtown retail stores.

Drawings for Main Street Bucks will be held after the tree lighting and, in addition, some merchants will be drawing for gifts within their stores. Participating businesses hand out tickets to all store visitors and shoppers. The drawings will give away $1,000 in Main Street Bucks, which can be redeemed at any of the participating businesses.

A second drawing is held Dec. 15 for $3,000 in Main Street Bucks.
