Festivities will kick off with a parade at 10 a.m. and will include a full day of music, dancing and food. The Czech Building, just off Main Street at Fifth and Cedar, will be open with live music, homemade Czech food — including the famous kolaches — and a beer garden. Festivities will also include a carnival, which opens Friday night, a crafts fair and the crowning of this year’s Czech royalty.
