Oklahoma Silent Witness Initiative 2006 is traveling across Oklahoma during October to mark Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and will be at Redlands Community College Student Center through 2 p.m. The project is a national initiative to honor those who lost their lives at the hands of a loved one.
