Mass of Christian Burial for Glenda Jo LaFoe was held Friday, Dec. 29 at Sacred Heart Church with Rev. Phil Donohoe officiating. Burial was in the El Reno Cemetery under direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Mrs. LaFoe was born Jan. 27, 1947, in El Reno. She died Dec. 22, 2006, at Hospice Care Center in Louisville, Colo. She was a graduate of El Reno High School. She moved to the Denver area in 1993. She was a homemaker and member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Brighton, Colo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmo Glenn and Josephine (Wear) Bloodworth, and a daughter, Julie Ann LaFoe.

She married Jim LaFoe on Nov. 28, 1963. Jim survives her in death.

She is also survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Darren and Vickie LaFoe of Purcell; brothers, Ronnie Bloodworth and Jim Bloodworth; a sister, Merrilee Gonzalez; and two grandchildren, Alan and Megan.

Slocum,Juanita
Funeral services for Juanita Plunk Slocum will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Benson Memorial Chapel with burial in the El Reno Cemetery.

Services are under direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Slocum died Thursday at First Shamrock Care Center in Kingfisher.
